The story behind the re-conceptualization of my portfolio/blog
It was four years ago that I started working seriously as a freelance designer. It started -as any business- slow, but progressively things got better. Sadly, Venezuela is no longer a viable location for my business, which is why earlier this year, my wife and I decided to take on the “adventure” of moving to a new city, on a new country.
Right now, we’re happy citizens of Valencia, Spain.
As much as I’d like to tell you how much I like this country, and how nice everyone has been to us, it is time to justify the title of this article. Changes call for changes, and I’d like to present my new logo.
I cannot say it was an awful logo, but I wanted something very sharp and light. And, as you can see, the new one meets the expectations. I also got rid of the blue on the logo, but I’m keeping it to highlight details! It is a good color after all.
Anyway, I don’t plan on getting into much detail, just wanted to share with you where my work is headed and let you know that if you want to move your project forward, you just need to contact me.
Also, I look like this now, that’s also part of the new look.
Thank you very much for reading.
